The Lord said, “ I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will never die.” (John 11: 25, 26)

Jesus is the Word of God who eternally lives in God. When we totally live in the Word of God, we are living in God. Our bodies can deteriorate, but God’s life in us will never deteriorate.

The true meaning of death is not being able to live in God.

Those who believe in the Lord are those who always trust and hope in Him. This is the fruit of a true humility from the heart.

Even Jesus Himself accepted the certainty of death, but He rose again on the third day. We also cannot avoid sufferings and death. “Anyone who does not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple.”

God’s life is a life of love. Jesus sacrificed His life out of love, hoping that we will love each other likewise. “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”
