“When Joseph had considered this, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream.” (Matt 1: 20) Angel is a messenger of God to deliver God’s message to mankind, especially when people are in need. For example, in this case when Joseph was confused, or when the Holy Family escaped to Egypt and then returned to the country, the angel had every time informed Joseph in a dream on what to do. After Jesus fasted in the desert for forty days, the angel also came to serve Him. In the same way, when Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane with sweat and blood, the angel stayed by His side. The existence of angels indicates that God is willing to allow them to serve in order to lead us to the door of heaven. Let us be observant and pay careful attention that angels not only exist in dreams, but also exist in things happening around us, reminding us through these situations to give thanks and work hard continuously. Let us communicate with our own guardian angel more often, or even allow them to help us deal with some of our work. They are our faithful friends.
