Cyclone in Burma. Earthquake in Sichuan. These disasters no doubt remind us of the tsunami in South Asia and the bird flu in Hong Kong a few years ago. Seeing all these, we may start to wonder if God is really a merciful father. How can He let these disasters happen? What is God's will in all these?

Well, let's think about Nick's experience. He is a 23-year-old man in New Zealand. He was born without any limb. When he was young, other children teased and harassed him. He often asked why all these happened to him. Nevertheless, as when he got older, he decided to become a missionary. So far, he has been all over the world, testifying to millions of people, especially young people, that life goes on even in the most difficult circumstances. He shows people that happiness is built upon people's mutual understanding and care, instead of a pain-free, illness-free life. He firmly believes that God is love.

After each horrible disaster, we like to point fingers at government officials, blaming them for such things as not taking proper precautions or delaying in delivering supplies. However, have we tried to see what happened as revelation from God?

"Do not worry about tomorrow; tomorrow will take care of itself. Sufficient for a day is its own evil."
