"Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it." (Luke 11:28) Please listen to the following conversation between the angle and Mary: Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God. You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus”. But Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I have no relations with a man?" And the angel said to her in reply, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God. Mary said, "Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word." (Luke 1:30-38) Mary’s spirit was always prepared for the coming of the Savior, so even though she had no idea of how to become the mother of Jesus, she obeyed right away. "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it." (Luke 11:28) When Jesus was 12 years old, He remained in the temple for three days in a row. When Mother Mary finally found Him, her tone was naturally frustrated: "Son, why have you done this to us? Your father and I have been looking for you with great anxiety." But Jesus, being the son of God as well, reminded His mother by saying: "Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house?" (Luke 2:48-49) God is most pleasing to those who’re conformable to His will.
