恭讀聖若望福音　3:22-30

那時候，耶穌和門徒來到猶太地，同他們一起住在那裏施洗。那時若翰也在臨近撒林的艾農施洗，因為那裏水多，人們常來受洗。那時，若翰尚未被投在監裏。若翰的門徒和一個猶太人，關於取潔禮發生了爭辯。他們便來到若翰前對他說：「辣彼！曾同你一起在約旦河對岸，你給他作證的那位，看，他也施洗；並且眾人都到他那裏去了。」若翰回答說：「人不能領受什麼，除非有天上的賞賜。你們自己可以給我作證，我曾說過：我不是默西亞，我只是被派遣作他前軀的。有新娘的是新郎；新郎的朋友，侍立靜聽，一聽得新郎的聲音，就非常喜樂：我的喜樂已滿足了。他應該興盛，我卻應該衰微。」

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to John 3:22-30

Jesus and his disciples went into the region of Judea, where he spent some time with them baptizing. John was also baptizing in Aenon near Salim, because there was an abundance of water there, and people came to be baptized, for John had not yet been imprisoned. Now a dispute arose between the disciples of John and a Jew about ceremonial washings. So they came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, the one who was with you across the Jordan, to whom you testified, here he is baptizing and everyone is coming to him.” John answered and said, “No one can receive anything except what has been given from heaven. You yourselves can testify that I said that I am not the Christ, but that I was sent before him. The one who has the bride is the bridegroom; the best man, who stands and listens for him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom’s voice. So this joy of mine has been made complete. He must increase; I must decrease.”

恭讀聖若望福音　21:15-19

那時候，吃完了早飯，耶穌對西滿伯多祿說：「若望的兒子西滿，你比他們更愛我嗎？」伯多祿回答說：「主，是的，你知道我愛你。」耶穌就對他說：「你餵養我的羔羊。」耶穌第二次又問他說：「若望的兒子西滿，你愛我嗎？」伯多祿回答說：「主，是的，你知道我愛你。」耶穌就對他說：「你牧放我的羊群。」耶穌第三次問他說：「若望的兒子西滿，你愛我嗎？」伯多祿因耶穌第三次問他說：「你愛我嗎？」便憂愁起來，遂向他說：「主啊! 一切你都知道，你曉得我愛你。」耶穌對他說：「你餵養我的羊群。」
我實實在在告訴你：你年少時，自己束上腰，任意往來；但到了老年，你要伸出手來，別人要給你束上腰，帶你往你不願去的地方去。」耶穌說這話，是指他將以怎樣的死，去光榮天主。說完這話，又對他說：「跟隨我罷!」

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to John 21:15-19

When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” He said to him, “Feed my lambs.” He then said to him a second time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” He said to him, “Tend my sheep.” He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was distressed that he had said to him a third time, “Do you love me?” and he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” [Jesus] said to him, “Feed my sheep.
Amen, amen, I say to you, when you were younger, you used to dress yourself and go where you wanted; but when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.” He said this signifying by what kind of death he would glorify God. And when he had said this, he said to him, “Follow me.”
