恭讀聖瑪竇福音　9:9-13

那時候，耶穌從葛法翁前行，看見一個人在稅關那裏坐著，名叫瑪竇，對他說：「跟隨我！」他就起來跟隨了耶穌。當耶穌在屋內坐席時，有許多稅吏和罪人也來同耶穌和他的門徒一起坐席。法利塞人看見，就對他的門徒說：「你們的老師為什麼同稅吏和罪人一起進食呢？」耶穌聽見了，就說：「不是健康的人需要醫生，而是有病的人。你們去研究一下：『我喜歡仁愛勝過祭獻』是什麼意思；我不是來召義人，而是來召罪人。」

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew 9:9-13

9 As Jesus passed on from there, he saw a man called Matthew sitting at the tax office; and he said to him, “Follow me.” And he rose and followed him. 10 And as he sat at table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and sat down with Jesus and his disciples. 11 And when the Pharisees saw this, they said to his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?” 12 But when he heard it, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 13 Go and learn what this means, `I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”

恭讀聖瑪竇福音　9:1-8

那時候，耶穌上船過海，來到了自己的城。看，有人給他送來一個躺在床上的癱子，耶穌一見他們的信心，就對癱子說：「孩子，你放心！你的罪赦了。」經師中有幾個人心裏說：「這人說了褻瀆的話。」耶穌看透他們的心意，說：「你們為什麼心裏思念惡事？什麼比較容易呢？是說：你的罪赦了，或是說：起來行走吧？為叫你們知道，人子在地上有赦罪的權柄——就對癱子說：起來！拿起你的床，回家去吧！」那人就起來，回家去了。群眾見了，就都害怕起來，遂歸光榮於天主，因他賜給了人們這樣大的權柄。

1 And getting into a boat he crossed over and came to his own city. 2 And behold, they brought to him a paralytic, lying on his bed; and when Jesus saw their faith he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven.” 3 And behold, some of the scribes said to themselves, “This man is blaspheming.” 4 But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts? 5 For which is easier, to say, `Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, `Rise and walk’? 6 But that you may know that the Son of man has authority on earth to forgive sins” — he then said to the paralytic — “Rise, take up your bed and go home.” 7 And he rose and went home. 8 When the crowds saw it, they were afraid, and they glorified God, who had given such authority to men.

恭讀聖瑪竇福音　16:13-19

那時候，耶穌來到了斐理伯的凱撒勒雅境內，就問門徒說：「人們說人子是誰？」他們說：「有人說是洗者若翰；有人說是厄里亞；也有人說是耶肋米亞，或先知中的一位。」耶穌對他們說：「你們說我是誰？」西滿伯多祿回答說：「你是默西亞，永生天主之子。」耶穌回答他說：「約納的兒子西滿，你是有福的，因為不是肉和血啟示了你，而是我在天之父。我再給你說：你是伯多祿（磐石），在這磐石上，我要建立我的教會，陰間的門決不能戰勝她。我要將天國的鑰匙交給你：凡你在地上所束縛的，在天上也要被束縛；凡你在地上所釋放的，在天上也要被釋放。」

13 Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do men say that the Son of man is?” 14 And they said, “Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”16 Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” 17 And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon BarJona! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. 18 And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the powers of death shall not prevail against it. 19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”
