恭讀聖瑪竇福音 16:13-19
那時候，耶穌來到了斐理伯的凱撒勒雅境內，就問門徒說：「人們說人子是誰？」門徒說：「有人說是洗者若翰；有人說是厄里亞；也有人說是耶肋米亞，或者先知中的一位。」耶穌對他們說：「你們說我是誰？」西滿伯多祿回答說：「你是默西亞，永生天主之子。」耶穌回答他說：「約納的兒子西滿，你是有福的，因為不是肉和血啟示了你，而是我在天之父。我再給你說：你是伯多祿──磐石；我要在這磐石上，建立我的教會；陰間的門，決不能戰勝她。我要將天國的鑰匙交給你；凡你在地上所束縛的，在天上也要被束縛；凡你在地上所釋放的，在天上也要被釋放。」──上主的話。

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew 16:13-19
When Jesus went into the region of Caesarea Philippi he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” They replied, “Some say John the Baptist, others Elijah, still others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter said in reply,
“You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus said to him in reply, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah. For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my heavenly Father. And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys to the Kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

恭讀聖路加福音　15:3-7
那時候，耶穌對法利塞人和經師設了這個比喻說：「你們中間那個人有一百隻羊，遺失了其中的一隻，而不把這九十九隻丟在荒野，去尋覓那遺失的一隻，直到找著呢？待找著了，就歡天喜地把牠放在自己的肩膀上，來到家中，請他的友好及鄰人來，對他們說：你們與我同樂罷！因為我那隻遺失了的羊，又找到了。我告訴你們：同樣，對於一個罪人悔改，在天上所有的歡樂，甚於對那九十九個無須悔改的義人。」──上主的話。

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke 15:3-7
Jesus addressed this parable to the Pharisees and scribes: “What man among you having a hundred sheep and losing one of them would not leave the ninety-nine in the desert and go after the lost one until he finds it? And when he does find it, he sets it on his shoulders with great joy and, upon his arrival home, he calls together his friends and neighbors and says to them,’Rejoice with me because I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you, in just the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance.”
