恭讀聖馬爾谷福音 7:31-37
耶穌從提洛境內出來，經過漆冬，向著加里肋亞海，到了十城區中心地帶。有人給他帶來一個又聾又啞的人，求他給他覆手。耶穌便領他離開群眾，走到一邊，把手指放進他的耳朵裏，並用唾沫，抹他的舌頭，然後望天嘆息，向他說：「厄法達！」就是說：「開了吧！」他的耳朵就立時開了，舌結也解了，說話也清楚了。耶穌遂囑咐他們不要告訴任何人；但他越囑咐他們，他們便越發宣傳；人都不勝驚奇說：「他所做的一切都好：使聾子聽見，叫啞巴說話。」

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to Mark 7:31-37
31 Then he returned from the region of Tyre, and went through Sidon to the Sea of Galilee, through the region of the Decap’olis. 32 And they brought to him a man who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech; and they besought him to lay his hand upon him. 33 And taking him aside from the multitude privately, he put his fingers into his ears, and he spat and touched his tongue; 34 and looking up to heaven, he sighed, and said to him, “Eph’phatha,” that is, “Be opened.” 35 And his ears were opened, his tongue was released, and he spoke plainly. 36 And he charged them to tell no one; but the more he charged them, the more zealously they proclaimed it. 37 And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well; he even makes the deaf hear and the dumb speak.”

恭讀聖馬爾谷福音 7:24-30 耶穌從勒乃撒勒動身，往提洛和漆冬境內去了。耶穌進了一家，不願任何人知道，但是不能隱藏。當下就有一個婦人，她的女兒附了邪魔，一聽說耶穌，就來跪伏在他腳前。這婦人是個外邦人，生於敘利腓尼基；她懇求耶穌把魔鬼從她女兒身上趕出去。耶穌向她說：「應先讓兒女們吃飽了，因為拿兒女的餅扔給小狗是不對的。」那婦人卻回答說：「主，是啊！可是小狗在桌子底下，也可吃到孩子們的碎屑呢！」耶穌對她說：「為了這句話，你去吧！魔鬼已從你女兒身上出去了！」她一回到自己家裏，看見孩子躺在床上，魔鬼已出去了。 —基督的福音。 (5th Week in Ordinary Time – Thursday) A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to Mark 7:24-30 24 And from there he arose and went away to the region of Tyre and Sidon. And he entered a house, and would not have any one know it; yet he could not be hid. 25 But immediately a woman, whose little daughter was possessed by an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell down at his feet. 26 Now the woman was a Greek, a Syrophoeni’cian by birth. And she begged him to cast the demon out of her daughter. 27 And he said to her, “Let the children first be fed, for it is not right to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.” 28 But she answered him, “Yes, Lord; yet even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.” 29 And he said to her, “For this saying you may go your way; the demon has left your daughter.” 30 And she went home, and found the child lying in bed, and the demon gone. —The Gospel of the Lord.
