恭讀聖若望福音　6:35-40

那時，耶穌回答群眾說：「我就是生命的食糧；到我這裏來的，永不會饑餓；信從我的，總不會渴。但是，我向你們說過：你們看見了我，仍然不信。凡父交給我的，必到我這裏來；而到我這裏來的，我必不把他拋棄於外，因為我從天降下，不是為執行我的旨意，而是為執行派遣我來者的旨意。派遣我來者的旨意就是：凡他交給我的，叫我連一個也不失掉，而且在末日還要使他復活，因為這是我父的旨意：凡看見子，並信從子的，必獲得永生；並且在末日，我要使他復活。」

35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to me shall not hunger, and he who believes in me shall never thirst. 36 But I said to you that you have seen me and yet do not believe. 37 All that the Father gives me will come to me; and him who comes to me I will not cast out. 38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him who sent me; 39 and this is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all that he has given me, but raise it up at the last day. 40 For this is the will of my Father, that every one who sees the Son and believes in him should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

恭讀聖若望福音　6:30-35

那時候，群眾問耶穌說：「那麼，你行什麼神蹟給我們看，好叫我們信服你呢？你要行什麼事呢？我們的祖先在曠野裏吃過『瑪納』，正如經上所記載的：『他從天上賜給了他們食物吃。』」於是耶穌向他們說：「我實實在在告訴你們：並不是梅瑟賜給了你們那從天上來的食糧，而是我父現今賜給你們從天上來的真正的食糧。因為天主的食糧，是那由天降下，並賜給世界生命。」他們便說：「主！你就把這樣的食糧常常賜給我們吧！」耶穌回答說：「我就是生命的食糧；到我這裏來的，永不會饑餓；誰信我的，總不會渴。」

30 So they said to him, “Then what sign do you do, that we may see, and believe you? What work do you perform? 31 Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written, `He gave them bread from heaven to eat.'” 32 Jesus then said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, it was not Moses who gave you the bread from heaven; my Father gives you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is that which comes down from heaven, and gives life to the world.” 34 They said to him, “Lord, give us this bread always.” 35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to me shall not hunger, and he who believes in me shall never thirst.”

恭讀聖若望福音　6:22-29

那時候，留在海對岸的群眾，看見只有一隻小船留在那裏，也知道耶穌沒有同他的門徒一起上船，只有他的門徒走了——然而從提庇黎雅有別的小船來到了，靠近我主祝謝後，人們吃餅的地方——當群眾一發覺耶穌和他的門徒都不在那裏時，他們便上了那些小船，往葛法翁找耶穌去了。當群眾在海對岸找著他時，就對他說：「辣彼！你什麼時候到了這裏？」
耶穌回答說：「我實實在在告訴你們：你們尋找我，並不是因為看到了神蹟，而是因為吃餅吃飽了。你們不要為那可損壞的食糧勞碌，而要為那存留到永生的食糧勞碌，即人子所要賜給你們的，因為他是天主聖父所印證的。」他們問說：「我們該做什麼，才算做天主的事業呢？」耶穌回答說：「天主要你們所做的事業，就是要你們信從他所派遣來的。」

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to John 6:22-29

22 On the next day the people who remained on the other side of the sea saw that there had been only one boat there, and that Jesus had not entered the boat with his disciples, but that his disciples had gone away alone. 23 However, boats from Tiberias came near the place where they ate the bread after the Lord had given thanks. 24 So when the people saw that Jesus was not there, nor his disciples, they themselves got into the boats and went to Capernaum, seeking Jesus. 25 When they found him on the other side of the sea, they said to him, “Rabbi, when did you come here?” 26 Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, you seek me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate your fill of the loaves. 27 Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of man will give to you; for on him has God the Father set his seal.” 28 Then they said to him, “What must we do, to be doing the works of God?” 29 Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.”

恭讀聖路加福音　24:33,35-48

那時候，往厄瑪烏的兩位門徒，回到耶路撒冷，遇見那十一位門徒，及同門徒一起的人，就把在路上的事，及在分餅時，他們怎樣認出了耶穌，述說了一遍。
他們正談論這些事的時候，耶穌站在他們中間，向他們說：「願你們平安！」眾人都害怕起來，想是見了鬼。耶穌向他們說：「你們為什麼害怕？為什麼心裡疑惑？你們看看我的手、我的腳，分明是我。你們摸摸我，應該知道：鬼是沒有肉軀和骨頭的。你們看：我是有的。」說了這話，就把手和腳伸給他們看。
他們由於歡喜，還是不敢信，只是驚訝。耶穌向他們說：「你們這裡有什麼可以吃的？」他們便給了耶穌一片烤魚。耶穌就接過來，當他們面前吃了。
耶穌對他們說：「我以前還同你們在一起的時候，就對你們說過這話：凡是梅瑟法律、先知及聖詠，指著我所記載的話，都必須應驗。」耶穌於是開啟他們的明悟，叫他們理解經書。
耶穌又向他們說：「經上曾這樣記載：默西亞必須受苦，第三天要從死者中復活；並且必須從耶路撒冷開始，因他的名，向萬邦宣講悔改，以得罪之赦。你們就是這些事的見證人。」

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke 24:33,35-48

33 And they rose that same hour and returned to Jerusalem; and they found the eleven gathered together and those who were with them. 35 Then they told what had happened on the road, and how he was known to them in the breaking of the bread. 36 As they were saying this, Jesus himself stood among them. 37 But they were startled and frightened, and supposed that they saw a spirit. 38 And he said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do questionings rise in your hearts? 39 See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself; handle me, and see; for a spirit has not flesh and bones as you see that I have.” 41 And while they still disbelieved for joy, and wondered, he said to them, “Have you anything here to eat?” 42 They gave him a piece of broiled fish, 43 and he took it and ate before them. 44 Then he said to them, “These are my words which I spoke to you, while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the law of Moses and the prophets and the psalms must be fulfilled.” 45 Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, 46 and said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, 47 and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem. 48 You are witnesses of these things.
