我，_______，你的孩子，在所有屬於你勝利的眾天使，天上的諸聖面前，並與我們的慈母聖教會共融之中，向你重宣我領洗時的許諾。親愛的母親，我把我的過去、現在和將來、喜樂和憂傷、祈禱和犧牲、我目前的整個人及天父將把我塑造成的一切，都呈獻給你。
我的慈母，我把我的愛與承諾都交給你，借此讓我們能永遠在你勝利的無玷聖心深處，和那永恆的願意中結合在一起。亞孟。

Prayer of Consecration
I, _______, your child, in the presence of all the angels of your Triumph, all the saints in heaven and in union with the Holy Mother Church, renew into your hands the vows of my Baptism. I offer to you dear Mother, all my past, present and future, joys and sorrows, prayers and sacrifices, all that I am and all that the Father shall mould me to become.
I give to you, Mother, my love and commitment so we may be forever bonded together in the YES of eternity, in the depths of your Triumphant Immaculate Heart. Amen
